for me the only way is to raise my vibration by not allowing my thoughts to wander all the time.. focusing on the awareness as being reality rather then the thinking mind.. suddenly I'll start to dream, and remember dreams, much much more.

develop a dreaming cycle and stick to it.

it is best to fell asleep again after waking up. 30 min should be enough.

don't move too quickly after waking up.

write down every piece of dream you can remember.

Write 'em down, continuously.

When I did this, I remembered much more of mine, more vividly. I think writing them down focuses your mind/subconscious on remembering them.

Ditto. More I wrote, I remembered more dreams and remembered them more clearly as well.

Re: What to do to improve your dreaming memory???
Pad and pen by the bed, definitely.

Allow for slightly longer sleep time. If your body is busy repairing and not getting enough rest, you won't be as likely to remember your dreams.

Set the alarm twice... first for at least 30 min. ahead of needed roll out. Take time to stretch and drift a little as you make some notes. Free write... don't focus on details, those will gradually come later. The notes are to prompt remembrance for later.

Drink some water before retiring. You are more likely to remember those deep dreams if you wake during them. Keep a pad and pen in the bathroom for half-awake notes. A low wattage light will help you to remain in a sleep-like state instead of coming full awake too.

Pre-bedtime herb smokes your lucid dreams for the most part. Allow 2 hours prior to retiring if you want to develop clearer dreamtime.
On the other hand, it can enhance the afternoon nap experience, but tends to bring out "issues" or give startling, if bizarre, insights into all sorts of conscious and unconscious 'ponderin's' you may have going on.

Re: What to do to improve your dreaming memory???
Piracetam is used a lot to help improve lucid dreaming and to improve the ability of recalling a dream after waking. I know that since I've been taking Piracetam I've been having much more vivid dreams and I'm actually able to remember them after waking up and through out the day.

There's a ton of information about Piracetam around the web, and [link to www.smartdrugsforthought.com] has a good deal of it along with a downloadable PDF containing information regarding it.
