The Constitution formed an Estate in Trust. The only civil, and possibly non-violent way to remedy the Federal perfidy would be for the States to assert the supremacy of the Trust and reassign Trustees.

Note : Language in Constitution “. . .Office of Trust or Profit”. When dealing with Fed Agency employees intruding in our Sovereign capacity we always start by asking the question ; “Are you operating in capacity of an Office of Trust or one of Profit?” They never know how to answer. One or two kicks up the chain of command and the agency goes away. Somebody up there knows they don’t want this can of worms opened.

The States are Beneficiaries of the Trust. The People retain exclusive Rights as delineated in the Articles in Addendum ( Bill of Rights ). These Rights are specifically exempted from the Trust Rez ( Property ) and therefore outside the purview of Federal powers.

The Beneficiaries of a Trust may seize the Trust Rez under one condition. Bankruptcy of the Trustees.

The USA is acknowledged bankrupt for many decades.
