The model of our solar system, as we are taught today, just makes me marvel more at the Creator's amazing abilities. If the earth isn't round, and if the solar system isn't in the form as we understand it, why do orreries work to perfection? [link to en.wikipedia.org]

The book of Enoch is a fascinating book, but I think that his description of the cosmos is explaining what he sees in God's dimension, not ours. I would imagine that His dimension operates on very much different physical laws then ours.

Perhaps what appears spherical in our dimension, appears flat in His, allowing Him to see the beginning and the ending at the same time? His storehouses of hail, wind and rain manifest themselves in the storms that form on earth.

If you can get past the belief that our dimension is the only one and that there are other methods of perception, it gets easier to accept BoE, the Bible and what we see before our eyes in this realm.
