When someone has that magnitude of altered mental status, they have a high possibility of losing control of their own airway. It would be possible for her to aspirate her own vomit. It happens all the time. So look out for her.

I mean, seriously, be realistic. If that's the worst thing that happens in a relationship with a woman, you're in clover. There are all sorts of much more horrible, twisted things both physical and psychological that happen all the time and men put up with it for far less desirable gals than what you're describing.

I wouldn't worry about it OP. Just get her to drink a glass of water in between alcoholic beverages and she should be fine. She might even be abetter conversationist.

A female friend accepted a date with an older guy and when he picked up her to take her out to dinner, he brought his mother's mink coat and asked her to wear it because he wanted to impress the people who were going to be at dinner.

She said she was so nervous about being with him that she never went to the bathroom during dinner.

On the way him, riding in his Cadillac and wearing his mother's mink coat, she peed all over herself, the coat and the car seat.
