I have tried to control it on numerous occasions, but have not ever been able to. I become what my surroundings are. I disliked going out in public a lot as all the mixed emotions and feelings always messed me up. Most of the time just leaving. On numerous occasions having people tell me (not sure on how true it is) I have amazing energy. And... always hot. Heat wise. I try and stay away from depressed people as they effect me the most. Worse than most in being effected. |

Once We know We are sensing the Emotions and Feelings of Others - We then need to Consciously decide whether to Absorb the Vibration or Suppress It. I would say that when We Unconsciously Suppress these Feelings and the Knowing of why We feel It - We will only draw more of It to Us as We're not acknowledging the Fact that We ARE Empaths. Once You're comfortable in Your own Skin with that Knowledge - Then You can choose to either Absorb it and Feel It - Or Suppress it and NOT Feel It. That said - This is like asking water to NOT be wet - LOL... Empaths Feel and Experience the Sensations of Others all the while having to deal with their own Feelings and Sensations at the same time. I think it is only when You finally acknowledge that You ARE an Empath - That You begin to finally control It's intensity to some extent as Your experience with It increases... To a point that I can pretty much break down their personalities. I'm easily affected by psychic vampires (huge twist on words here). Truly, it is uncomfortable for me to be around people. It's difficult to legitimize myself due to the esoteric nature of this discussion. Most people simply don't believe there are others that feel the same way I do. Sometimes, it is down right impossible to be around other people. Too much anger, pent up sexual drives and dysfunction in their familial lives and work lives. Yes, I'm very sensitive. Online, I can't tell shit. I get no feelings whatsoever about people. |
