Asked by one of his fans what he thought of Idol this season, Aiken began to rail against the Glambert.


"I happened to turn it [on] during the minute that Adam Lambert was singing 'Ring of Fire' and, at that moment, thought my ears would bleed," Aiken replied. "Contrived, awful, and slightly frightening!"


Aiken explained that he felt Lambert was shoved down everyone's throats and that Allen probably took the title because viewers were sick of all the Lambert hoopla.

Adam has class, you never heard him saying anything bad about anyone. He knew who he was and never tried to cover up his sexuality like Clay did.

Adam may not have won the title but class you can't buy or win. Throughout idol, Adam always carried himself in a dignifed manner even though he was way more talented than the rest of them. He never acted as though he was better. And he was always so gracious when the judges praised his talent.
