I know the nuke test was pretty serious but didn't the north do the same threats of war while they launched the missile in April?

Umm, they nullified a more than half-century old armistice that ended the bloodshed of the Korean War. That sounds pretty serious in my opinion.



Didn't they do something like that during the "missile test" in April?
