1) Yes, the economy is worse than before. Many companies make the policy to save money or retrence their expense.
Some factories closed up, Not only Chinese companies, but also Foriegn companies closed their office in Shanghai.
One of my friend worked in a foreign company buying office here, when the economy worse, office closed, she lost job.
Because I'm working in export field, many companies and factories suffered in crises. Their orders fewer than before.

As my observe as pr my experience in working, the small companies and small factories suffered more tan big one. The companies for European and US market sufferd more than other market. Some of their customer browken up, some give up the goods and not pay the balence amount.

Most of my middle factories stand firm, seems no more effection. The order quantity is smaller, but still much. For example, one of my bag factories are still in busy prodction time and even wants to delay our shipment time, because they have no time for production!
Situation seems not so bad for them.


2) For people life, for me, it is same as before, because my company's markt is not European or USA? I keep my job, and live as before. The only effection is in the end of 2008, my company did not give us the order bonus as before. I can understand this, becasue many compnies did it in 2009, even cut off many enployees.
One of my friends, and my sister lost their jobs at the MARCH of 2009, now they still did not find a proper job for 2 monthes. They said the job opertunities are aparently lack than before. They are planning to do some small business.

Actually I'm not worried about umemployed. it's not BIG TALK (i don't know how to express that word in English)..hehehe... i think it is not hard to get a job here, if you want to find a job to increased your sallery much, it is not easy. If you want to get a job to make a living, it is easy.


People's life just as usual here. no much effectios.



3) How long before the government in China converts to "green energy"?

emmm... for environment protection, China has started the action.
I just can tell you what i know from my life.
in 2008, all supermarket and shops, not only big supermarket, but also small supermarket, clothes shops, food shops, have stopped using plastic bags.
In 2008, also stopped many polute factories. In the middle of 2008, one of our towel order meet problem, supplier told us their dye factory stopped dyeing for a month, because it is a heavy poluted industry. They only can produce in limited time.
Also, when i visited a stainless steel product factory, they told me they will increase their product price, becasue their plating factory increased plating price. The plating price increasing becasue the quantity of platin facties are reduced. The reason is plating process is a very polute work, governemnt closed many small plating factories, and moved few big plating factories to one place where far from city, in this place, they share a stystem to reduce polution....

And now, i heard government is invast money to encourage to invent new green energy.
