Many, many years ago I saw on TV
what was supposed to be an actual
video taken from orbit of another
object orbiting in a forward, lower
orbit.

The object just slowly orbited ahead
until there was a sudden laser-like
flash from the surface of the earth
towards the object... then the object
did a sudden 90 degree turn and
shot out into space as if to escape
the laser. No explanation was given.

I will never forget that as long as I live.

Ever look at the debris that comes off the shuttle? Things like ice from the water dumps, or bits of insulation from the payload bay? Have you done any examination of the contamination from the spacecraft? A simple "yes" or "no" will suffice.

My brother is a NASA scientist, an expert on comets, etc...
I emailed him to ask him about Comet Holmes after it flared
when it was in the area of the sky, the arm of Perseus.

A week later I get this odd email back from him with my
Re: Comet Holmes title. The email was sent to me and
cced several others at NASA. The email said nothing
about Comet Holmes. It was a link to an older SETI
article along with his words to pay attention to the
last half of the article. The article basically said
what I just said... the universe is so huge the odds
of us finding them [if they exist] is remote. Then
in the second half of the article it humorously
refers to aliens causing trouble in " Perseus' Arm."

The only contamination I know is what NASA
tried to avoid when they first landed on
the moon. JSC, where my brother's lab is,
was filled with quarantine equipment during
Apollo... I know I saw it myself.
