its a Wolfgang Puck bbq pizza and Nevada Valley Wine Guild Organic "Red table wine"

Pizza is cooked to perfection. and the wine is perfectly chilled.

Its not just black people that do that. I have a number of "friends" (acquaintences, actually) who are white, supposedly "well edjumacated", and they STILL say "axe a question". LOL

This baffles me. When I ask them to slow down and use proper english, they can... so why the hell does their brain insist on saying "aks" instead of "ask"? To my knowledge these people are not dyslexic, but I suppose that's a possibility, it's not the most obvious of deficiencies in people...

I've never had a bbq pizza, so forgive me if my question is dumb. How does one bbq a homemade pizza, do you need to bake the crust first in the oven, add toppings, then toss it on the grill, or place it all raw on a pizza stone and then grill?

I make my dough ( let me know if you want the recipe)

Let it rise full 24 hrs yields wonderful results.

Then stretch or roll thin ( with my dough you will still get a great crust and rise but more of a new york crust) Best if you use an air bake crust or pizza stone. I use both but love air bake pans make it light and crispy.

Put in the oven for about 5-10 minutes ( at 500 degree oven) with no sauce or toppings.

Then I mix homemade BBQ sauce with pizza sauce

Top it with the sauce mixture, red onion sliced thin, gouda cheese, grilled chicken mixed with a little sauce, and little mozzarella if you want.

Put back in oven until light brown and melted cheese

Enjoy

Ahh, so the "BBQ" is from the sauce and not the grill, gotcha. I was concerned about putting my pizza stone on the grill, because it would get grease stained, lol.

Thank you, AGoC9.
