Their saying as a state's right the voter can vote out the gun law in their state or at least should be able to to do that which is fudging the Constitution.
But even in Dodge City you had to check your firearms at the city limits.
But the Feds can't have it both ways by first telling the States that they must adhere to all Federal gun laws, and then turning around and saying they can ban guns.
