There are interesting topics but listening to George's dim-wit comments make the show intolerable to listen to. I do so enjoy listening during the week-ends sans dip-shit GN.

I have to agree. Nothing personal with Ian, but I just find his shows unbearably boring. I actually like no name. He's not a great interviewer, but he seems like a genuinely nice guy that I could imagine having as a friend. He may not be scintillating but he has a comforting presence and I think he actually believes in most of the stuff, which is probably why he is so uncritical of his guests. Plus, he's just too nice to be tough. I think we've gotten so used to watching and listening to obnoxious blowhards in the past 20-30 years, that we've forgotten what a gentleman sounds like.

Worst interviewer of all time. I've listened to many a show and the entire 2 hours I get 10 minutes of anything on topic.

I usually like the guests on C2C, but George makes it unbearable to sit through. He sounds like he's bored to death, just going through the motions. The only time he gets excited is when he manages to be condescending to someone, or when they compliment him and say he's fabulous.

George rocks! Wish we had more like him who weren't afraid to tackle controversial subjects.

I love the fact he lets guests actually speak, w/o interdicting them or leading them onto some other tangent that only he is interested in.

hate the fact that he doesn't ever challenge anyone, and asks questions after they have already talked about it before, like he's not paying attention or just reading his abbreviated questions of a list..

You can't have it both ways though. I LOVE listening to Howard Hughes, but, my opinions of him would be the opposite of GN.. He's always interrupting and sending people off the subject, yet, he will challenge someone and it is refreshing..

Of all of the C2C hosts, I miss Art the most. Not perfect, but he had a good voice for radio.

Noory is very much "ok". He's like having toast without bread or jelly. It's edible but it's so lacking. If I have to hear that damn UFO Phil song again, I just might turn off the radio.

"Genuinely nice guy"? The guy is a phoney; "It's all about market share" is what he said some time ago and he'll spew whatever crap, and kiss what ever he has to to try and hold on to it.

Just because he presents himself as being a 'nice guy' and says he does 'good things' doesn't make him a guy you would want to introduce to your sister.... What a man; he'll host his show if it falls on a holiday!!

The reason why "he lets guest actually speak" is because he can't come up with an impromptu intelligent question. His 'impromptu' remarks would be a blurted "so true", "that's right", or some other phrase that might give an impression that he knows about the subject being discussed.

A while ago I read a post that stated that No ory read questions from que cards. Listening in on the weeknights, it appears to be true. No ory is boring.
