If it be an expression of an equation, then the algebraic solutions for C produces C = SQRT(E/M)... meaning basically if you transform matter into energy C has to increase or the equation produces an inequality, in such an algebraic form, C cannot be a constant unless both E and M are constant and never vary.

What? It is saying that since C is constant you can only get a finite amount of energy from a finite amount of mass. Neither E nor M must be constant. You fail at math.
