Welcome to Obamanation, pilgrim!  Name ONE prosperous civilised nation that is run by a black person. ONE. Define prosperous. Actually several Caribbean nations are doing better then some "white" countries. [ link to en.wikipedia.org]  And the viceroy of Canada is black. So there. ;) Assuming you are referring to the Governor General of Canada.......... you are a bit behind on things. The black woman you are thinking about was Michaelle Jean. Her term ended in 2010 and she was replaced by an older white gentlemen, Hon. David Lloyd Johnston, a university professor.
