Look up H-1B visa. Microsoft is already "sending jobs overseas." They hire someone from another country, bring them here, pay them next to nothing, and then send them home again. Meanwhile American IT people are making donuts and coffee.

Microsoft gets permission to bring in workers on H-1B visas by lying and falsely claiming there are no Americans for those jobs. Our government has never had the balls to deny issuance of those visas. If corporate taxes are cut to be more in line with the rest of the civilized world, conditioned upon hiring American citizens to the maximum as opposed to illegals and H-1B visa holders it would certainly give a boost to our economy/ With lower taxes corporations should be able to hire Americans; those who don't want to do that but would rather move offshore or hire illegal aliens or H-1B visa scabs would be shown up for what they are.
