Syria holds the KEY to peace or World War III...what do you think? | |
Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | If you would actually keep up with whatīs going on over there you will see that war with Syria is probably within a month. We donīt just pull ambassadors out for nothing. A strike is in the works. Syria holding the key to world peace?!! HA! You say to say prayers? Read your bible. Damascus in ruins is in there. No prayer will stop this. |

Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "from now on only prayer will lessen the severity of events to come" What does prayer have to do with anything? IF you actually believe that the bible is propecy and not self-fulfilling you should know that prayer will do nothing. The wheels are set in motion. Only because some have deemed this to be the end times. The end-times are only happening because man is making it happen. |

Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What the hell are you talking about? The source of most terrorism is globalization. The separation of humanity and material wealth. Do you think that terrorists are just poor and pissed off? |
Dino1 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Globalization is very much a source of poverty. Massive conglomerates squeeze people. In Pakistan, children get sent to Madrases (Muslim schools) as it is free. The parents cannot afford other education. These children are then brainwashed. This had been a huge source of terrorism in Pakistan. If everyone has sufficient food, money, shelter you will find that very few people would be willingto give their lives for a bullshit cause. |
AC 1.08 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Okay Dino1, I see where you are going. As the old saying goes..."after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along". Without the wealthy in charge of the poor, situations would be a bit different. |
Thomas 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We are at the point of no return, on the road to Damascus. Scriptures will be fulfilled. Rezin/Russia Isaiah 7 8. For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken, that it be not a people. Isaiah 17 1. The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. Assyrians/Syria Isaiah 37 36. Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses |

RB 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Whatever is going down is going down soon. I agree that we donīt just pull our people out of somewhere unless something is in the works. Considering Russian is selling missiles to Syria; Russia is also scheduled to make some sort of Nuke deal with Iran before the month is over and also that Iran came out and stated that any country that tries to invade it will meet a burning hell... Well, I think you can see where that is going. Not to mention Condi was just in that area (Europe), pushing Russia, to be more like the U.S and Rummy making a surprise appearance in Iraq...Hm. Now, if Russia is suppose to be īfriendlyī with the U.S, why is it helping out Syria and Iran? Since 1976, Syrian troops have been stationed in Lebanon, ostensibly in a peacekeeping capacity. Over the past decade, Syria and Israel have held occasional peace talks over the return of the Golan Heights. Why this now? Israel is apparently afraid that Syria will strike once it has it hands on the missiles...Iran doesnīt like the U.S in its immediate area. Now, the U.S has its hands on Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Israel. Russia has its hands on Iran and Syria...Not to mention Russia is the biggest nation in that area... Where is this going? Donīt know. Itīs looks iffy though. Also, North Korea, way off on the other side of world, I know, but theyīve also indicated what has been thought for quite some time (about the Nukes). Chinaīs been their closest allies and China is also making good friendships with Russia... |

See, whilst the sheeple sleep, the big companies can plan their escape, it sure isnīt those that grew up trusting their manipulative manner, something is possessed about their style of humanity, if its carnivorous and human, youīre supposed to cannibalise your own kind? huh. No thats the warmongering elitist, they have the bucks, they have everything under the sun, in their favor. Where is god though, what is the purpose of the corruption? Why donīt they kill off everybody tough guys? What do sadists fear? |

RB 12/08/2005 10:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Iran and Syria, who both are facing pressure from the United States, said Wednesday they will form a "united front" to confront possible threats against them, state-run television reported. "In view of the special conditions faced by Syria, Iran will transfer its experience, especially concerning sanctions, to Syria," Mohammad Reza Aref, Iranīs first vice president, was quoted as saying after meeting Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Otari. "At this sensitive point, the two countries require a united front due to numerous challenges." Otari concurred, saying, "The challenges we face in Syria and Iran require us to be in one front to confront all the challenges imposed (on us) by others." The report did not specifically mention the challenges, but both countries are under U.S. economic sanctions and the targets of intense American pressure. Iran, which President Bush had labeled an "axis of evil" with North Korea and prewar Iraq, was named an "outpost of tyranny" last month by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice...
