This has to do with a will. It could. Anything that influences a person that would be contrary to their known interests could be challenged. It all depends on the facts surrounding the claim of undue influence. |

This has to do with a will. It could. Anything that influences a person that would be contrary to their known interests could be challenged. It all depends on the facts surrounding the claim of undue influence. A will was changed. Had a family member pass away. I was close to this person, other members of family were also. The member that passed away left us money. A different family member that never saw him took care of him in his last days. He was not in his right mind and on lots of powerfull drugs, needless to say the will now benefits the care-giver. The family member that passed told myself and others about the will and wanted us to know we were in it. He stressed it in fact. Just wondering what kind of case we have? Have doctors to back up health problems. |

Taking care of someone who can't take care of themselves is a sacrifice. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 477853Yes. However there were serious problems with care giver. We loved our relative. The care giver did not. We know this. We wanted to care for this person!! Out of love |
