Notice how there is no second sun in the photo taken just this month. This means the "second sun" in your photo isn't really there otherwise it would show up in other photos.

In the field of nutrition that I work in, it seems that so many illnesses and health problems are caused by vitamin D deficiency, difficult to get from the diet other than from eggs and oily fish. Conditions such as arthritis, immunity against flu/colds, prevention of cancer, fibromyalgia, heart health, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, depression, the list goes on!!
With probably over half of the populations already deficient due to poor diet, too much time indoors/lack of sunlight and overuse of suncream and living too far north many scientists are calling for the recommended daily allowance (RDA) to be raised from 200iu to 2000iu with a max level being set at 10,000iu. My question is in relation to the aftertime, obviously we will be spending more time outdoors, but to what extent will the volcanic gloom prevent vitamin D production in the skin? If it does then surely chickens laying eggs will be deficient also?? Would be wise to ensure that you are at the top of the reference range (just below toxicity) just before going into the shift, or take a massive dose just before the shift, as if supplements are stored they won’t last forever. All vitamins will be hard to get in the aftertime but I am wondering if vitamin D will be particularly more difficult than any other, yet so beneficial to keep the immune system strong in the times ahead.

Even on cloudy days, sunburn occurs. Those that can stock up on vitamins should do so, as this surely does not hurt, but being outdoors should solve the problem, even with cloud cover. Fish have Vitamin D, and fish ponds or ocean fishing has always been a recommendation of ours. Earthworms, which have 82% protein, also have Omega 3 oil, similar to fish oil. Look for alternate sources!

re where is PX. Pluto gets MORE warming that Earth, and Mars is too more affected. the pattern is that OUTER planets are MORE affected than inner, and Mercury has no change at all.

this lines up with Planet X being beyond outer planets and approaching from the outer edge of Sol system.

so, it is somewhere beyond Pluto, in the direction of constellation Orion. though it is all meaningless untill it can be seen.

i understand scientific guess (pardon, theory), but it doesnt mean that i accept it.

by the way, i once gave zetatalk materials to my school physics teacher and he was like "wow! very interesting! where did you get it from?! do you have more?". he is a reputable professor who spent 10 years in Africa (Burkina Faso if i remember correctly) teaching Portugeese (a government mission). he said that it offers explanations that shed a new light on dilemmas scientists struggle on, gives new perspective.

You have YET to argue any of the "Zeta" astronomical claims. How about "red persona"? How about "repulsion force"? Don't you know that the "Zetas" own words about the strength of the repulsion force make it IMPOSSIBLE for PX to have slowed down when approaching the Sun? Care to argue THAT one? So lets say you break your leg very bad, so it would need surgery to put the splintered fracture together again with metal and stuff, the way they do this today ... if you think the whole scientific cummunity is bad bogus you would have to refuse medical treatment by a doctor in a hospital because he is part of the big scientific conspiracy ... right ? If you were consequent that the whole scientific community is wrong that you would refuse treatment and live the rest of your life as a cripple without being able to walk very well ... which would of course be terrible if you would have to work on your vegetable field you would like to have as you stated earlier (which is a total fine idea, seriously, nothing wrong with that if thats what you really like).
