The thing I don't get is that the "Zetas" told her she'd find her magazines face down, which she didn't. They then claimed that they don't give signs on demand because something could go wrong or the sign could be perceived wrong. How? First of all, if they had the power to put the magazines face down, then they could make sure they would be face down when Nancy arrived. Second, they told her exactly what to look for. So how could the sign be perceived wrong? And then she finds an unwrapped Starburst...but doesn't mention getting any kind of confirmation from the "Zetas" that it was indeed her sign. So, how does she know?
