Since you’re a trained officer of the court would you be willing to place Zeta Talk claims on trial? Say one from a list that is agreed upon by the bunkers and debunkers. Each submit three and then an agreement is made to select one for trial. The court will select a judge and a jury. We will attempt to use civil court rules so the ruling will be decided by the preponderance of the evidence not beyond a shadow of a doubt. This means that a jury of maybe three people will decide, and majority rules. I would even give two positions to the bunkers with one to the debunkers.

Oh, we've already tried that with him...but gotten no where because he knows that should you treat the evidence at hand as you would in court, the jury would come back with a verdict not in Nancy's favor.
