As for your pet rabbit problem. If you don't already have coyotes then get some.

Lots of them here and they are not are not a problem at all.

neither is the bunnie population.

Yeah, that's the answer to an out of control infestation of non native animals. Import another non native species. Then when you have coyotes hanging out in backyards and parks, you could bring in some cougars to cull them. Great thinking, Free Store! ROFLMAO.

I don't see thirty million rabbits here eating our crops

People love the coyote and sound.

Even my Indian friends.immortalize them in legend, song and story

You see what happens when we get non native people moving here to Canada. They bring their fears along.

Coyotes not a problem? Then what's this then?

"Manitoba is taking unprecedented steps to cull the coyote population, because too many of the pesky varmints have been attacking livestock.

For the first time, deer hunters can kill coyotes under the authority of a big game hunting licence.

And trappers can destroy any of the troublesome critters reported by livestock producers. Previously, a trapper’s licence was needed to bag a coyote.

Manitoba Conservation spokesman Barry Verbiwski said livestock losses have been on the uptick, with coyotes killing sheep, calves, and yearlings.

Cattle producers encountering problem coyotes can also destroy the predators on their own, providing they report the kill to conservation officers within 10 working days."
