Administration & Operation
All outstanding expenses through the end of 1999 have been paid, including $495 for 1999 operations. Quickbooks upgrades were purchased, a corporate bank account opened at the headquarters site, and the interim Gift Pool operation subsequently closed.

Guest Cottage
The Board allocated $400 for supplies and tools to repair a cottage at the headquarters site which is available to be used as a guest cottage. Additional repairs are needed, though the cottage is operational and housed a guest working on headquarters cleanup during the summer of 1999.


Demonstration projects which saw progress during 1999 were sited at the headquarters, and include:

Storm Shelter
$2,000 was contributed toward this demo in 1999 by Bruce and Barbara White, but has been set aside toward the purchase and installation of an off-the-shelf buried storm shelter with a metal trap door. Additional funds are needed to complete this demo.

Family Garden
An old garden site, neglected for decades, required extensive preparation before a garden could be planted in 1999.
The Board designated $725 during 1999 to cover equipment and supplies.

The garden, tended by Ron Darby, produced spectacular 15' high seed corn as well as sweet corn and several varieties of beans and squash.

Seed for the Seed TEAM was collected.

Root Cellar
The Board allocated $400 to install a wall and door and storage containers in a portion of the basement of the headquarters building under the steeple, surrounded on 5 of 6 sides with stone walls. Biennial produce from the garden was stored in the Root Cellar to produce seed the following year.

Hand Tools
A variety of antique hand tools were donated by the headquarters site owner, Nancy Lieder, to the corporation. These include scythes, drills, saws, hammers, and grinding wheels. Cleanup of the rusty tools was started in 1999 by Ron Darby.

Wetlands as Food
A bushel of wild rice was sown by Nancy Lieder and Shuichi Inoue in 1999 at a cost of $120.

Prototypes that saw progress during 1999 were situated at the headquarters, the only site made available as of the end of 1999, include:

Worm Beds
The Board allocated $250 for worm bed materials. The worm beds will be built according to the design used by the Vital Earth company of Australia - raised beds watered from above, with a metal drain to collect the liquid fertilizer below. An antique washer with wringers was purchased for $250 to demonstrate purging and crushing by wringing the earthworms.

Hydroponics
A space for both the worm beds and hydroponics was cleared in the basement of the headquarters building and power washed by Ron Darby. Plans were made by the site owner, Nancy Lieder, to upgrade the plumbing and electrical infrastructure to support hydroponics pumps and lights.


Grants and Gifts

The corporation received several generous gifts during 1999, some of which were designated for certain projects.

John Kelso ($800) and Milly Gumper ($200), both members of the Seed TEAM, funded it's continuing support.

Barbara and Bruce White ($3,000) provided a generous start to a bermed and metal roofed storm shelter to demonstrate pole shift survival techniques.

Several anonymous gifts ($1,000, $625, and $500) were used by the Board with other non-designated gifts to fund various projects.


2000

Grants and Gifts

The corporation received several generous gifts during 2000, notably from the Julia Dula Foundation, John Kelso, and Knowledge Systems as well as a generous anonymous contribution. Contributions for 2000 at end of year totalled $45,640.97.

Subject: Resignation from TT Inc. Board of Directors

I hereby resign from my position as Internal Auditor and Vice
President of Troubled Times Inc, effective immediately.

The reasons for my resignation are:

* The lack of proper accounting and Annual Report for 2002, making it
impossible to carry out my duties as Internal Auditor.

* The lack of activity and future planning within the Inc.
Over the 3 last months, the board has been discussing the future operation
of the non-profit, while the only activity has been less than 2 dozen
booklet requests. No other projects are currently operating.

The discussion on future operation ended up as a discussion on booklet and
mission wording only. No discussion has been initiated on the operation of
the non-profit as such, suggestion or initiation of any new activities or
projects, fund raising etc.

* The relationship between the TT Inc and the so-called volunteer group.
In a message dated June 21, 2003, I initiated a discussion on the
relationship between the two entities.

This initiative was first obstructed from the July agenda by the VP Admin,
then tabled by the President in that same meeting, and now omitted from
the August agenda.

As a result, the only assets available to the TT Inc. is the non-profit
section of the ZetaTalk web-site (plus some agricultural equipment and two
inoperable Linux servers.) The Troubled Times web content is without any
defined ownership, and free for anyone to use. Currently, it is only
available as an integral part of the ZetaTalk site. The TT lists are
likewise without defined ownership. The TT Forum is currently inactive
with respect to any relevant solution sets, and TT Watch dominated by
skeptics.

* Unprofessional conduct during the Board Meetings.
I'll refrain from going into any details on this issue, as the logs are
available for anyone interested.

It is my opinion that the TT Inc. has not shown itself capable of dealing
with the situation arising after the failed ZetaTalk prediction of a pole
shift in May, 2003, and is now without justification for further operation.

It doesn't look good when your VP resigns and a member of your imaging team comes forward to say "Planet X" wasn't imaged at the provided coordinates.

Maybe the all-knowing Zetas will bring their poor deluded disciples an accurate, verifiable prediction for Christmas.

Just like it hasn't been proven to anyone's satisfaction that Planet X exists, that the Zetas are real, that there is evidence of an impending pole shift, that anything Nancy says has ever been remotely true or that any debunker is paid to be here. No proof whatsoever.

On all counts, it is Nancy and her sockpuppets making the outstanding claims, yet they provide no proof, not even when the debunkers bring proof to the contrary.

Nothing conclusive, but a lot of the comments are very in character with things Max is known for, and the writing style, the kinds of insults are very familiar. May be someone completely different, but it does at the very least give insight into the kind of people that defend Nancy.

I don't know but I guess it comes down to a need to discuss zetatalk with other people who are intellectuals. Not that I am considered one here but I like to think I am one.


Before I came on this group, I was 100% sure that everything in zetatalk, including the pole shift, was true. That's scary, isn't it? This group has caused me to realize that this view was possibly incorrect and to adopt a "wait and see" approach rather than sell everything I own and move somewhere. Not that I'm in a good position to do anything other than wait and see though.


But the group has certainly helped me in many ways, all of the people that offer good scientific reasons why zetatalk is not true on planet x, these are very helpful, not just for noble reasons (scientific to preserve truth) but to help the common man like me who needs a second opinion. :-)

I'm a bit mystified as to why Melfy thinks anyone, anywhere wouled deem it worthwhile to pay us to cast aspersions on ZetaTalk.

It's not as if Nancy's movement is flourishing -- quite the opposite, in fact. She's got what, half a dozen devotees, half of whom are sock puppets? That, and a butt-ugly website that is so stale it doesn't even make the 'internet cranks' lists anymore.

If Melfy would stop and think about the costs and logistics of such an effort -- oh wait. I said stop and think in reference to MelfyKurt, didn't I?

Geez, if there really are steady paying jobs with benefits to debunk what is obvious internet bullshit, I would love to apply. I have asked Luser, Max, Soledad and Nancy to tell me where one might apply for such a job, I mean they sound like they did their research about this so they must know of a few, but they never did.
