As you know, angular momentum is the tendency of an object which is rotating to keep rotating.
What I am talking of it total turns relative to each axis.
If you eliminate its forward direction turns around the Sun, you get the E-M system stopped but the Moon still revolving and the Earth still rotating.
If you stop the Moon revolving, you have no more turns to account for ...
DO YOU GET THAT?
So, it is not in the same degree a rotating body as the Earth or Venus are around their axial centre, the Sun.
