This is evidence that particulates are allowed to be released in significant quantities by state agencies throughout the country. The military releases large amounts of particulates as well both with/and I believe without approval. Weather modifications are being experimented with as well. There is significant evidence of the above in governmental sources. There is also significant circumstantial evidence to prove the above as well. I need a little time to validate and produce them . . . I don't have time to make them fool proof now but could within a couple of days. I know that any slip on my part would be seen by you as an invalidation of the evidence.


You mean when testimony of supposed experienced observers shows they don't really know what they are talking about(cordite)? That pretty much describes the entirity of the 'chemtrail' proponents arguments.
