... Of course, real victim families could be being used to cover for the many fake names in the database, as suspected by the coding and by the many fake photo duplicate faces with slight touch-ups which when removed show the features exactly the same as they were in the other photos.

... Or the victims with fake photos are all fakes. AND their respective families (where these are even in play at all -- for many victims haven't a family member who is making any noise so may be all virtual -- memorial notes only.

BY THE WAY: this victim fakery is likely to have been done to boost #s of dead names. This does not mean no-one died that day, though some researchers into the events would suggest almost as much.
