Free speech is great! Yay! As long as you follow the Golden Rule then you can say whatever you want. Of course Cheryl has a weird concept of the Golden Rule. Normally it's "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Right? Well, Cheryl's version is more like, "Do unto others as a 'reasonable person' would have others do unto them. And by 'reasonable person' I mean a bipolar 84-year-old Honduran nun." -Strong language: banned -Disagreement about the pole shift or Planet X: banned -Religious discussion: banned -Complaints: banned -Criticism: banned -Negative reviews of products or services: banned -Replying to a post that breaks any of these rules: banned -Gossip in private messages: banned Isn't free speech great? |

I guess that depends on when she thinks the "pole shift" will happen. Has she given any dates? Or did she learn from Nancy to never do that? I am always civil with anyone I reply to until they start crap with me first. I tend to not give them crap even if they start. If they have come to the point where they have to give me crap and become rude over my polite questions and observations, or carefully ignore answering my questions, I consider that a win in itself. Their inability to answer politely belies THEIR claims, not problems with the questions. |

Can't be arsed to read the rest. I used to be stupid enough to follow zetatalk, tho' I did find this site cos of it. Aliens & UFO's are very real.. but this business with Nancy & these zetas cannot be taken seriously with so many contradictions, condascending commets, lack of any proof and predictions & the fact they're not even here to give a hand. It's been a clever psy-ops excercise by those 'in the know.' Can't be bothered with them now. |

Harrington's work called for a planet which would be at magnitude 14.5, easily detectable, and based on his orbital elements, we're at the tail end of the observing season for px this year with it transiting the meridian at 7:45 or so. You need a southern location, but Florida is plenty south enough. I'm still going to put an end to the Jupiter too bright nonsense whenever it finally stops raining, but as soon as that is done I'm going to set aside some time to put harrington's research to bed. Just a quick look at the theoretical specs from Harrington's shows immediately that his proposed planet would never come anywhere near the orbit of Pluto, much less into the inner solar system. But that's the problem with these px tards, they have no idea how to read orbital specs. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 218281Exactly, they champion Harrington's work just because it contains the buzz words "Planet X" without ever realizing what it is they're championing. The excuse is usually "well it just shows they're looking." Actually, Harrington's work was all about predicting the location and orbit of it, the looking was supposed to stem from the prediction. Harrington's prediction wasn't nearly as fantastic as the doomsayers predictions, nor did it match up with the mayan long count. The last perihelion was supposedly in 1789. I don't recall the end of the world happening in 1789. Last Edited by Astromut on 08/26/2010 05:32 PM |

From Nancy's thread: Whatever you say Transvestite man Quoting: User # 78/68Is that the best he can come up with? How lame. Let me get this straight; because DrPostman played a part in a local play that required him to dress as a woman, that makes him a transvestite? LOL!! Luser really is a moron. Is he going to call John Travolta a transvestite for playing a woman in the movie Hairspray? Is Robin Williams a transvestite because of his role in Mrs. Doubtfire? Does that make Dustin Hoffman a transvestite for portraying a woman in Tootsie? Are Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari transvestites because they dressed up as women in the sitcom Bosum Buddies? What about Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon? They dressed up as women in the movie Some Like It Hot. Does that make them transvestites? Well, Luser? BTW, a transvestite is one who dresses as the opposite sex for sexual gratification. If you looked these things up you could really save yourself some embarrassment. But you've done nothing but embarrass yourself for the past seven years so why change now, right? Last Edited by Circuit Breaker on 08/27/2010 07:08 AM A voice of reason in a world of woo-woos. |

You are OBVIOUSLY a "follower". ("Stalker" is probably more accurate!!) The best advice we can give on this matter is to read with your heart as well as your mind. Follow the flow, let the nuances lie unanswered and unchallenged in your mind. Treat this as a garden you are walking through for the first time, and experience it fully without trying to categorize it! Much of what you will learn will be processed in your subconscious, and influence your conscious mind later. If you must dissect each phrase, and correlate it with each piece of information taken from another source, you will trash much of what you could otherwise gain.
