Well I guess it must be time, as we draw near to the 1000 pages milestone to reflex on some of the more downright stupid and pathetic statements made by the zetaculties during the existence of our Debunkers Live Chat Thread. Continual regurgitation of the same claims and predictions about the integrity and truthfulness of zetatalk, from the believers of that now defunct and obscure cult website, have been proven by time alone to be completely FICTIONAL. In addition to this very fact it has also been the immense input of knowledge and understanding on these subject matters, from the so called debunkers(a term coined by Nancy LIEDer herself of course)that has seen the inability of the believers that have come to our thread to be able to successfully defend Nancy LIEDer or her ridiculous claims contained within zetatalk.










The above quotes are from June of 2009. Page one of the thread to be precise. Doctor What is complementing the smilie I posted. It is the complete summary of fact in regards to the prediction achievements of zetatalk. This was true then and is still totally correct to this very day. Even a broken clock, which is correct twice a day, has been far more successful in being accurate in its field of function than can be said for zetatalk and Ms LIEDer.
Now who comes along but zetamax and declares himself to be an idiot because he could but not help to agree wholeheartedly with TLR's smilie. I guess that zetamax had just had one of those epiphany moments and had realised that he was destined to forever FAIL on our glorious debunkers thread from day one.

Ahh, now we're getting somewhere! Elenin is getting bigger, and it is getting clearer by the day that it is *NOT* an ordinary comet. With this development I expect the tone of the "debunking" to change from "everything's fine" to "there's nothing wrong with dying". This is like the first Robin, or the first bud in spring. You can expect to see a LOT more of this in the coming weeks and months.

Yes, I fully expect the tone to change from "not gonna happen" to "not gonna make it". (Actually I expect both arguments to continue - denying ANY middle ground exists. It will always be, "everything's fine" or "survival is not possible", take your pick because there are no other menu items).

Nowhere at [link to spaceobs.org] is anything like you have claimed to be the facts and I would expect that the person posting the answers in the FAQ might be a bit more knowledgeable than a 9/11 lawyer who falls constantly for doomsday cults...

I'm not "hiding" anything. I'm just fixing typos, misspellings and punctuation. I try to proofread everything before I post, but inevitably, if it is longer than a sentence or two, there's usually such an error.

I'm really trying to figure out why people are so freaked out by this comet. Comets have come through the solar system on an almost regular schedule. I guess these people still have dominant Neanderthal genes thinking that comets are harbingers of doom. They probably still throw rocks towards the moon whenever they see it.

The woo-woos are clueless about real astronomy, they don't realize, or they refuse to acknowledge, that most comets receive no media attention at all. There are many, many comets that are found each year that they never hear about. Only naked eye brightness comets make the news, and even then only once they're near or at naked eye brightness.
