I didn't say California and North Carolina "never" had tornados (sic) - I said no one "remembers" them. Indeed, the tornados (sic) you mention are QUITE "forgettable" ones. An F0 tornado is nothing more than a "wind devil".
Quoting: **ZetaMax**Obviously, people remember having them...otherwise we wouldn't be able to find these statistics. And, sorry, an F0 is NOT just a "wind devil" or "dust devil." "Dust devils" are comparable to tornadoes in that both are a weather phenomenon of a vertically oriented rotating column of air. HOWEVER, tornadoes are associated with a larger parent circulation such as the mesocyclone on the backside of a super cell thunderstorm. Dust devils form as a swirling updraft under sunny conditions during fair weather, rarely coming close to the intensity of a tornado. LOL! I always laugh when Max says "debunkers" wrong again even though he knows it isn't true.
