It's about what caused Earth to allegedly halt. It wasn't claimed to be done by aliens, but rather caused by PX.

I always assumed that she claimed it was of the Zeta’s doing. It is ridiculous either way, but I think it is important to be precise when citing her claims. If not, it gives them wiggle room to avoid defending these statements just as Volar did in that thread.
