This actually reminds me of the old days when nancy LIEder used to brag about how she was a computer expert and programmer, until the day her modem broke down and she had to go to the library computer for a couple of months- turned out this `expert computer programmer' didn't know how to install drivers... (open box, plug in modem, put cd in cdrom- all written down clearly in instructions) but she had to wait to whichever zetadrone finally fixed it for her a couple of months later

We never hear her bragging about her computer expertise as a programmer anymore do we....
