Saturn is almost on the other side of the sun from us...currently only visible in the early morning hours. Pluto, on the other hand, is completely blocked from view by the sun. If you don't think so, this would be pretty easy to confirm...just get yourself a GOTO telescope, align it (takes less than 10 minutes) and then tell it to find Saturn or Pluto and see what it tells you.
