It was a pretty good day overall. It was just the three of us this year. My wife would have cooked a huge meal if I had asked but I didn't see the point so we went out. It actually probably ended up being cheaper that way and you don't end up over stuffing yourself. There's no mess to clean up and no leftovers for days on end.

Given our annual national family gatherings in this country I would go as far as saying that Christmas Day is OUR "thanksgiving day" in many ways. Sorry but I just cannot resist the temptation....I do really ponder on what those American zetatards and poleshift ningtards give thanks for on your "Thanksgiving Day". How the heck does one give sincere thanks for family, and whatever else etc, when at the same time these folk are seemingly vehement on seeing the desired reality of around 90% odd of the world's population perishing in their supposed "doomsday" event.
