It amazes me that they keep falling for that `its just started happening now' garbage, when a quick google shows images and articles written years before `X' was supposedly even anywhere near us LOL

That was how one of my names got deleted actually, when I answered a description of a 33 1/3 degree moon halo (I have also seen a couple of times the much rarer 66 2/3 degree halo which is much more rarely seen) as a kid, of of the ningbats deleted my answer and banned me right away as apparently something I said in my answer must have contradicted nancy (probably in its `supposed' to be a new thing happening, and I first saw it back in the late 70's as a kid and said so)

Thats another reason why too, we cant let melfy spoil his `perfect record' of 100% failure and actually get something right- the shock alone of actually succeeding for the first time might give him such a shock he could have a heart attack and possibly die, and I wouldn't want that to happen, not even to melfy

So to ensure his continued health, we have to beat 1000 before 2012...

The Sci-Astro debates and defeats. Her IRC crash and burn.

May, 2003, and her own comments about throwing stuff at her.

Her total inability to explain why Capricorn is still visible in the sky.

Her continued absurd claims about Earth being halted, or other unusual movements of the sky -- and her inability to explain how boring devices could still find them flawlessly.

Her finally admitting she had no idea what RA and Dec actually are.

Grant.

Four month long trimesters and flying magnetrons. Her of planet x causing a traffic jam in the inner solar system, forcing planets to swerve to get past is comedy gold. Other personal favorites are the penis plug debacle, earthworm banana bread. And who can forget the "lean to the left". Shit there are so many!

And of course, her little illustrated accounting of her meetings with aliens from other worlds. That shit makes me laugh out loud every time I read it.

One of my favourites was the `non rotating moon'
Despite dozens of people describing how it worked, diagrams and even a movie, she still was rock solid in her belief in that it didn't rotate.

And more recently in the big floods we had in Brisbane, her claims that the floods were caused by the plate tilting and making the rivers run backwards

As I was actually surrounded by one of said rivers at the time, I can definately say at no time I was watching did it flow backwards (and the 3 months of almost nonstop continous rain might have had something to with the floods IMHO)

Funny how if the plate had tilted, I would expect the water level at the boat ramp I use on a regular basis to have changed, but sadly it appears to be pretty much the same depending on the time of month as it always has

And the airport in Indonesia @ Jacata (sp?) which was supposed to be underwater definately isnt, as my flatmate was there a couple of months ago for work, I didn't see any floats attached to the jet he took off in.....

I love the way she states that places that have coast on the ocean and that are under 80 meters flooded. I didn't know there was such a thing as coast not on the ocean. Then in true Nancy logic, she concludes that if the flooding was due to rain, then why isn't there flooding inland. I suspect it's because there are mountains there and the rainwater from inland all flows down to the coasts. Pretty funny shit from May 2010. Still no 7 of 10. Nancy still consistently wrong. 2012 is too far out. ROFLMAO

As a kid I regularly surfed bigger waves than that,(lived near one of Oz's world famous surf beaches)

Is nancy under the impression that a tsunami's only characteristic is its height? (maybe she saw one too many moovies with a 500ft high `tidal wave' in it??)

Wonder what she would classify the 30-60ft waves @ Oahu's North Shore as???

As usual, Nancy is coming up with her own definition. Her considerable lack of scientific knowledge is telling as she has more than once proven herself lacking a basic understanding of science (i.e., typically those subjects taught in primary and secondary schools in the United States).

How many subjects has she proven herself to be ignorant of? If I listed them all, I'd probably push the thread page count much closer to 1,000.

Took at look at the Troubled Times pages, it would appear that the non-profit is close to death.

- Nancy proposed that the board allow her to displose of the tiller (depreciated to $166) and chipper (depreciated to $117) in trade for labor to clear out the seed cooler blocking the garage door. The seed cooler was purchased for $100 a decade ago, not used in almost a decade, and take 4 men to move.
- The board opted to require an attempted sale via Craig's List or a similar move locally if not successful via Craig's List, for $150 for the tiller and $100 for the chipper. Prior to completion of the votecall, Nancy snagged a local buyer, her lawncutter and someone who also deals in metal recycling. His deal was $150 for the tiller and $50 for the chipper and he would take the cooler away no charge.
- Nancy will provide electronic documentation that $200 went into the nonprofit at the next board meeting. [Note, $200 deposit for Nonprofit Checking]
- Nancy proposed that the hydroponics and aquaponics equipment be gifted to the University of Wisconsin, and made attempt to contact the Deans office locally re this. An assistant Dean accepted, and Nancy forwarded photos showing the equipment in use in her basement. He stated that a biologist would come by in a pickup truck, when the time came. He subsequently stated that approval must be sought from the Dean, who will also determine a site for the equipment. The goal was her selfless efforts to provide an EXAMPLE for others to follow - not necessarily for her own survival (since the Zetas were going to allow her join the hybrid communities). Since the debunkers have effectively destroyed her credibility, her "example" is not longer "credible". Therefore, it makes sense to dispense with materials that no longer serve any real purpose.
