What if "President" Obama announces "Planet X?" Like that's ever going to happen. He's had four years to do it. Oh I know - he's waiting until he gets elected to a second term to announce it...and also follow through with all the promises me made during his first term. Of course, he wasn't supposed to be "President" in the first place...let alone the Democratic candidate.

However, if one bothers to dig through enough of this thread, they'll find that you probably have libeled someone by calling them a paid shill or debunker.

Learn the difference between slander and libel. You should know the difference considering you've claimed to be a lawyer.

Slander - defamation by oral utterance rather than by writing, pictures, etc.

Libel - defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures.

The operative word is defamation. The burden is on the plaintiff to show they have actually been defamed. In order to show such defamation, reasonable people would have to believe that such words HARMED the plaintiff in a tangible and realistic way. Did the plaintiff suffer "emotional distress"? Was the plaintiff "depressed", "anxious", "fearful" as a result of such labeling? Did the plaintiff suffer harm in the form of damaged reputation? Can they show actual economic harm as a result of such "accusations"? Were they discriminated against as a result? A plaintiff can't win on a libel suit simply because they don't "like" what someone said about them.

I'm not aware of "paid shill" carrying the same negative connotations as suggesting that someone was a "racist" (for instance). Simply calling someone an "idiot" is arguably more harmful than being called a "paid shill" - and no one is going to win a libel suit if "idiot" is the only word used.

Pulled muscles from uncontrolled laughter will not fulfill the "harm" requirement - sorry.

But it was the BOY'S fault no one came because of his constant lying. As Halcyon says - he'd lost all credibility. IF "Planet X" comes (which is HIGHLY unlikely), Nancy will have only herself and the "Zetas" to blame for constantly crying wolf. "Here it comes....sorry, that was just a white lie to help you." "Here it comes again...2012 is too far out...LOL! We were just jerking your chains to see if you were paying attention." How many times are we supposed to believe them? How are we supposed to know which time they're telling the truth? Remember, in 2003, they said they were being precise and had no problem giving out the dates because Nancy's efforts had ruined the plans of the evil government. Besides, a "rogue planet" four times larger than Venus and a wolf are two ENTIRELY different things. It's quite easy to miss seeing a wolf in a forest. It's pretty hard to miss a huge planet heading right towards you.

I do - "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" is a how-to manual for anyone wanting to design a truly effective PSYOP.

Imagine, that the danger is not "wolves", but "those bent on world domination". Intelligent "wolves" - in other words. Such "wolves" would not be satisfied with allowing the course of events to play themselves out "naturally". TOO RISKY. Rather, they would engage "wolf think tanks" to figure out how they could manipulate and transform obstacles into ASSETS. The boy is initially an OBSTACLE - but later became an ASSET. Now in the fable, it happened "naturally" due to the natural inclination of the boy. BUT ... what if you could send in an agent (or team of agents) to BRIBE the boy, or perhaps, armed with a full psychological profile, figure out how to amplify the boys proclivities that serve your agenda - ideally without the boy even being aware of the manipulation! Maybe you'd send in a another "boy" who would DARE the boy to cry wolf - on multiple occasions. And because the boy had low self-esteem, and desires to be "friends" with the agent child - the boy goes along with the "encouragement".

In the end, the manipulation changes the odds of the outcome in favor of the WOLVES.

What I find telling is that he only posts ONE photo at a time. That's definitely poor practice.

I wouldn't be surprised if he takes multiple photos and culls out all but the one that shows the most flares.

Nancy and her retarded followers continue in praising lense flares. Not only Flareberto is using them but also Nancy Lieder aka Fancy Liar in her latest newsletter.

These poor people and cult victims have big problems in understanding easy camera technology. Besides that you see there the same lame behaviour as every day. They are celebrating floods caused by rain and try to claim that there is some kind of sinking. In a few weeks when the floods are gone they will just jump on the next flooding somewhere in the world without any result.

It was the same with Bangkok and Indonesia a few months ago. And when the flood is gone, they wait hungry for the next one. This is really annoying and creepy. Lost souls in a stupid sect without control or any basic knowledge.

They are truly a funny bunch. They've been claiming for nearly 10 years that lens flare photos are actually images of "Planet X"...and claiming it's getting closer. And yet, for that same amount of time, this "planet" has never gotten any bigger. Damn thing must be moving at a pace of about 1" a year.
