Didn't Mrs.LIEder claimed the russian-meteorite was shot down with a by the russians?

I knew more video-footage would emerge and now we have clear videos from different perspectives.
They all seem to have one thing in common: An extremly fast meteorite entering into the atmossphere and brusting apart with a supersonic-boom.

But where's LIEders rocket? The projectile?

Wouldn't there at least be a trail of the rocket if that 10-ton meteorite was supposed to be shot down? ;)
