The problem of Nancy`s cult people is that they live in a world of pseudoscientific superstition. They abuse data they don’t understand and make ridiculous planets out of it. They don’t even care about the actual position of SOHO or other NASA-instruments they use. They just try to press these pixelmistakes and other scary stuff (like fantasy-planets they observe through old floppy disks) into their cult world. Even Nancy`s latest cult-clip has some very strong esoteric and religious aspects. She tries to keep on brainwashing her last few followers.

Of course the meteor in Russia was a big sign for them to foster their cult-religion. And again they ignore all the real facts. Especially Ann S. should not only read the hoaxes on the Ning but also study some normal literature. I don t even want to imagine how the Ningtards would have freaked out if there was an event like Tunguska. They would all sink on their knees and worship their golden calf Nibiru. The stupid is strong there. I appreciate the good job Astromut does out there to teach the people some real facts and astronomic knowledge, but for most of the hardcore followers of crazy Nancy this will be too late.

I also visited Cheryl Nelson`s Ning today and I was shocked too. They are trying to form their own woo-woo-cult which is nearly as stupid as the one of Nancy Lieder. And who is that “astropyhsicist” Jim McCanney who claims that a mini solar system has entered our solar system? Does he really think that nobody could see a second sun which enters our solar system. Nancytalk and Cheryl Nelson could both apply for the ultimate freak cult. If they freaked out together this could get a real show but probably one nobody wants to see.

How freaking stupid are they? If that 'black dot' was the dark twin it would less than four Earth diameters distance from the Earth. It would be looming large in the sky.

Perhaps she'd like to explain how 80 million trees over 830 sq/miles were leveled by a methane explosion. Such an explosion would occur at ground level and would not have that kind of widespread damage. In addition, there would be a crater caused by the explosion if what she claims were true. I'd like her to explain how she knows this was a methane explosion since 1) she wasn't there and 2) obviously can't think outside of the small box that Nancy has her mind enclosed in,

Well, given that Nancy's list of self proclaimed prediction "hits" includes the Tunguska event, I am supposing that she has the inside poop (and must be MUCH older than she is telling us). LOL. I could never figure out how a prediction made in the 90's about an event that happened many decades ago would qualify as a hit, but according to Nancy, she also successfully predicted JFK assassination and the Philadelphia Experiment. Bottom line, she is full of shit and it's beyond me that anyone could still believe anything she says.

Nancy relies on post-dictions. It doesn't really require any proof. Since we all know those events happened, there's no disputing it. But, unlike her brain dead followers, "debunkers" don't believe her simply because she said something.

Meanwhile, Indonesia is STILL above water, Obama hasn't made any announcements concerning "Planet X", there's still no sign of it (except in improperly filtered photos of the sun), GPS and satellite TV services continue to function as they should, and life pretty much continues as it has been. I really can't wait until Fall when Comet ISON starts to light up the sky. That should get Nancy's followers in a tizzy. They're sure to run in circles waving their hands in the air yelling, "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!" The posts on the ning are sure to be pure comedy gold.

I've got to dig up that NACA report done during World War II concerning contrails or, as they called them back then, condensation trails.

Nancy`s latest 7 of 10 report shows some clear signs of dementia. She is still hoaxing her cult victims with the lame Obama story. Whenever there are not enough floods, earthquakes or other scary things to impress her last few weird followers Nancy pulls out the Obama announcement.
We know that it is a hoax and she knows that it is a hoax. But like always it is enough to make fools out of her cult-victims. They believe everything what crazy Nancy tells them. There will never be such an announcement. The only funny thing are Nancy`s never ending excuses for her cult people. I wonder how much more bullshit they will take and swallow. It is the same with the never ending sinking of Indonesia which never has sunk. When there is the rain season they all behave like crazy and can`t stop cheering. They don’t see reality like it is, they only accept Nancy Liar`s excuses. Satellites fail all on a somewhat regular basis and not all launches are successful - never have been. Naturally, you can't convince any of them that. Like I've said before - time is going to be the bitch that slaps them upside the head because eventually, as the months and years go by, the reality that "Planet X" doesn't exist and was never there is going to rear its ugly head.

Her examples of failing satellites are pretty pathetic:

1. The image she has is of Glory which failed because the shroud failed to jettison properly after launch (this was the second time the shroud on a Taurus rocket failed to separate).
2. Envisat was launched in 2002 and failed in 2012 - it operated successfully for five years past it's planned mission lifetime.
3. ROSAT was launched in 1990 and was designed for only 18 months of operation with a possibility of five years. However, it operated for eight years - 6 1/2 years longer than designed.
4. The Meridian satellite failed because it never got into orbit - the launch vehicle's third stage failed.

Amazing...four examples she provides and not one of them supports her claims.

Now where is she getting the idea that satellites use magnets for orientation? Has she never heard of momentum and reaction wheels? Never heard of spin stablization?

Doing pretty good here on the Space Coast...every launch in the last two years has been successful. They're shooting for 13 launches this year from the Cape.

Back from an exhausting (travelling almost 5000 km in Thailand and Cambodia) but nice holiday - without laptop, smartphone, email, SMS, ... (occasionally some news from outdated papers or a TV in a bar or restaurant).

With an air temperature of 35°C and 85% humidity the sea with 30°C isn't really refreshing.

As I always say: Going on holiday is a hard job - but someone must do it.

Of course no signs of Planet X, a second sun or a complete solar system.
As for the sinking of Thailand and Cambodia: The two countries must have popped out of the sea just before I arrived.

Yes, most launches are successful but my point is that not all of them are. Your explanation behind the failed satellites she mentioned definitely proves her wrong. But, naturally, if you were to post the honest truth on the ning it would be quickly deleted and you would be banned. So we'll just have to let them think the world is coming to an end because of some "rogue planet." They'll simply be waiting a really long time for that to happen. Life on this planet will end for a multitude of other reasons LONG before any "Planet X" shows up.

You are right, CB. This planet has some real problems and some severe conflicts, but the fantasy planet Nobiru is definitely no problem for earth. It never showed up.

Nancy's cover up story is so full of holes it really amazes me anyone believes it at all. I mean - let's pretend "Planet X" is real and is headed our way after doing the tango with the sun for the past 10 years. Let's also pretend that I'm a "paid debunker", astronomer/scientist, or politician. Now - why would a threat of death keep me quiet about "Planet X" when my chances of surviving the "pole shift" in the first place would be EXTREMELY UNLIKELY? Why would I, or anyone else that knew about it for that matter, keep our mouths shut when we were very likely going to die anyway? And to be honest - I'd probably rather die by being taken out with a sniper's bullet or by some other "mysterious" and questionable death than suffer a painful and/or horrific death during the "pole shift."

Another big hole in her story is there's no way in the world that ANY military force would be able to control the entire population through Martial Law and the use of deadly force. If people knew some "rogue planet" was coming to destroy life on Earth, they aren't going to listen to the government/military. I know if I knew I was going to die during the "pole shift", why would the use of deadly force scare me? Again - I'd rather die quickly than suffer in the "pole shift" or during the "after time." In addition, military troops simply wouldn't be able to keep control of the huge masses of people. They might be able to kill a lot of people but they'd be quickly overrun and over powered.

I guess the reason her followers believe what she says is because they lack the ability to THINK. Choosing instead to take the easy way and simply believe everything she tells them. I bet Nancy could tell them that "The Walking Dead" is the media's attempt to tell the people about the coming apocalypse and showed what life would be like after the "pole shift" and every last one of them would believe it...not realizing that they're the walking dead. Walking brain dead that is.

The same crossed my mind yesterday when I read her clumsy descriptions about the functioning of modern sattelites.
