Considering how NASA says there's no planet x and how Nancy is always made to appear wrong 100% of the time.. that kind of "joke" makes many people's JOB more difficult!
It adds FUEL to Nancy and "Zetatalk", by naming such an operation on the date she gave!
There's no logic for a high ranking official to make such a joke!
Period!

You wouldn't believe some of the names they come up with for USAF and USN projects.
