The intentions of Masters seem to be honest here. And he sums it up well. He wants to give good-hearted people a warning of Nancy`s cult. He compares Nancy`s talk with the verbiage of a cult leader.

Masters looks very concerned about Nancy`s latest attacks. She is even damning people. He seems to think that Lieder is a very dangerous individual and gives the advice to stay far away from her.

The funny thing is that Lieder accuses Masters of depicting lenseflares. Her own page consists of lenseflares.

Masters has some good points in the video, especially the one about the white lie vs Nancy telling people that once a lie is told people shouldn't believe anything. Still, Masters isn't exactly a paragon of truth and rationality. Kook fight indeed!

There is nothing "honest" about Masters, IMO, and he obviously is "very concerned about Nancy's latest attacks."
She is warning off his potential customers and he is fighting back.
i.e. - kOOkfight.

Before this attack he was pretty friendly with Lieder and seemed completely unconcerned with her virulent attacks on rational scientists and individuals.
Considering he has an history of the same kooky behaviour this should come as no surprise.
Now that his ox is being gored he's gone all "debunker" on her in self interest.
I consider him to be just as vile as Lieder and his history would back me up.

This stems from one of his well known hoaxes of the past wherein he and his idiotic minions developed the fantasy that comet 76P would/had knocked Phobos out of its orbit into a collision course with earth.
He had been a writer for TMG but had recently started his YOWUSA site so he was doing a lot of cross-publishing of his lunacy.
His "physicist" partner, Jacko van der Twerp, had even done the (farcical) "calculations" demonstrating the coming DOOM!!!!!!!!

As you can see, they then did the tried-and-true method of druimming up interest in their loondrool --- spamming BBs and newsgroups.
Ol' Marsh was upset that scientists laughed at and ignored him, or worse, scathingly debunked him.

Well, when you're a notorious TMG net-kook the best you can hope for is that they take your screeds and toss them into the circular file - /dev/null.
If you push it they will tell you just how big an ignoramus you are.
Don't kid yourself, his modus operandi and demeanor is the same as Nancy's and he has an history of kOOkery almost as long as Lieder's.

Ninny never tried to make a business out of ZetaTalk even though she wasn't above grubbing for a few tens of thousands of $$ per year.

IIRC two of his minions joined the Minor Planet Mailing List (mpml) and spammed his hoax pretending to be advanced amateurs and innocently imaging Mars with a 25"? scope only to find Phobos missing.

Of course being ignoramuses puffed up with the typical arrogant ignorance, they thought they could outsmart the scientists and advanced amateurs (such as yourself).

They were quickly found out when they produced "images" which were found to be falsified. They were ejected and banned from the group, of course. Something about scientists detesting intellectual liars...

What makes you think that any scientist gives a damn about what you think or want?

Masters was demanding that they turn the HST to Mars and acquire new images of Mars' moons to prove they were there, as well as any and all astronomers with scopes.

He was quite indignant that nobody responded to his lunatic ravings.

Here's a clue...
They don't even know you exist, nor do they care.

If you email them they will glance at it and say to themselves, "Oh, another schizophrenic who removed his tin-foil helmet just long enough to send his insane screed to me. /dev/null"

The only scientists who will give you the time of day are the ones who will slap you around just for the lulz.

She worked for Hynek for six months and was a White House volunteer.

Whenever I hear the name Marshall Masters today I have to smile. He is the reason why I`m here. It was in February 2009, I was bored, drank a beer and searched for some interesting clips on youtube.

So I hit on one of Masters Nibiru reports. I must admit that my astronomic background knowledge at that time was very lousy. I was more or less an easy victim and I was fascinated. And this not only a little bit. For the next five weeks I really developed a little paranoia. Of course I also was a bloody amateur in cameras and so I proudly rushed into the lenseflare traps. I joined some Nibiru boards and started to collect more and more information. I was so convinced of doing the right thing. Debunkers had a real hard time with me on some German boards because I`m an excellent writer. I attacked here and attacked there: and was still so proud of it thinking I did the right thing. With some stupid rhetoric you can avoid astronomic topics and I was damn good at it. So Masters really got me at that point.

Sooner or later I also came across some of the stories of Nancy Lieder which completely contradicted the “astronomic concepts” of Marshall Masters. This was a nogo for me, but I also got a little bit suspicious because these stories sounded very fantastic and unreal. But how do you sort it out?

So I started reading astronomic books and essays. When I read I`m not the normal consumer. I want to know it all in short time. I also read some well-known astronomers and their opinion about that topic. At that time I had already invested around 2000 bucks in weapons and other stuff for my survival. The more I read and the longer I was sitting the darker got the cloud over my head. I knew I got a victim. I was an April Fool`s victim for nearly two months. Besides that I also saw the other people in the communities I was in and they were apparently victims too. Everybody there was in the big 2012-hype and Nibiru-flush. I was not amused. So I wanted to share my new astronomic knowledge with them, but suddenly many of them thought I was a "debunker". I could say whatever I wanted, I was banned and so on and that often for no real reason. I just told them the truth.

Soon we founded our own boards and some who were really frightened and scared to death joined us there. More and more of them came and got members on our boards. We could throw light on many of these topics and prove people that they don`t have to be afraid of the year 2012. With the right astronomic ken this was something very easy to predict. And these people trusted us more than some renowned astronomers because we were some of them. Most of us were also “believers” (at least for a short time).
We could reach around 60-75 percent, but you will never reach hardcore believers, bigots and fundamentalists. The last few followers of Nancytalk are all fundamentalists and lenseflare-freaks. In 2009 I also knew that a real Nibiru would have been tracked more than a decade ago: and this all over the world. So Marshall`s ideas were all wrong and the supposed astronomers in his team were all pseudo-scientists. It is incredible that such people could cause such a major fire of a prophetic hype in the internet. But it happened and we all know it now.

So I`m neither a friend of Marshall Masters nor of Nancy Liar. And Im quite amused to see this epic battle and the rivalry between these two dinosaurs of doom. 2012 ended and Nibiru hit them hard but they didn’t realize it. Most of their target groups disappeared. Normally the lensetards were Nancy`s customers. As Marshall Masters was coming for the same type of victims, a violent fight erupted. They are both just taking care of business. And here they seem to be as serious as the Hells Angels when they meet the Pagans. This seems to be their special service for each other, like always when such benevolent cult leaders and doom prophets lockup.

This was a part of my story and the reason why I`m here. Just my 50 cents.

Naturally, she claimed it showed "Planet X". Luser nearly had a breakdown trying to claim that was dishonest when the person who sent the photo didn't make any claims on at all when he sent it - Nancy did. Naturally, the point was lost on Luser - if that one photo was definitely a lens flare but Nancy said it showed "Planet X", then it makes all her other photos highly questionable. He was challenged to point out which of Nancy's photos truly showed "Planet X." For some strange reason, Luser ran away.

Ever notice that Nancy and the gang are quite United States centric?

Why could only President Obama make the announcement? There are other super powers (i.e., Russia, China, England, India, etc).

Why is it only NASA that is doing a supposed cover-up? There are other space agencies (Russia, China, Japan, ESA, etc).

Why does only the USNO mess with time? Doesn't she realize that other countries have atomic clocks?

Why is only the USGS messing with earthquake reporting? The USGS is not the only country with seismographs and seismological agencies.

That reminds me...nine (9) years ago I sent her an image supposedly showing planet eX occulting the Sun and she claimed it was real. Guess what, it's still there on the site!

Unfortunately for her what it really shows is a visual effect you get doing eyepiece projection photography with a telescope (I had solar filter on the telescope). If you get the camera off-center in the eyepiece, you get darkening which makes it appear something is between the Sun and the telescope.

I wonder if one of the idiots will go to the trouble to figure which image it is on her site.

She's never heard of NIST and it's association with time standards (she's probably never listed to WWV on a short-wave).

In her mind it's only the USNO that controls time...the woman is quite ignorant and incurious.
