The International Rescue Commission is the best choice for charitable giving toward these causes. They make giving REALLY simple and ALL of your donation goes where it is needed. There are alot of charities working around the world to help these people but IRC is the best. If you want to make a difference just go to IRC.org.

Perhaps they need trash bags and recycling machines. I am very sympathatic to them, but some of those pics look like they just toss their trash into the street. Send the kids out to play in the trash. very sad

There is so much trash because in those corrupt countrys slums nobody cares about trash. The corporations which made the clothes you (and me too) are wearing go there because:

1. cheap labour, often by children
2. nobody gives a fuck about the environment pollution and they can put their industrial effluent in the rivers so you (and me too) can wear cheap clothes and have other stuff cheap.

So please dont be so pathetic.

Scary, almost makes one wish for a pole shift to wipe the surface clean and start over.

We do sell items made in Chine where I work.

No word of a lie their merchandise smells like chicken poop, it seems like you get the smell of hay in items coming from them. We have one of the most cleanest store in town yet the smell is sometimes overpowering.

I fear one day that through our purchases we'll bring into our country a disease that will spread like wildfire.
