I avoid anything 'lite' and over-manufactured fats,
eat what my body asks for mostly,
my last health check was perfect, except for a slightly high
cholestrol count which neither the doc or me is worried about.
:)

People on low fat diets seem to crave more, and end up eating junk to compensate.
