You can spin it any way you like to but her words are still
the same:

The Moon is not turning, which is rotation, is it glued to the Earth, one side of it glued to the Earth and the other side perpetually facing outward from the Earth. This is different than 'rotation'

Just because she gets the part about the Moon keeping the same
face towards the Earth (tidal lock) doesn't mean that she isn't
wrong about her claim that the Moon doesn't rotate on it's own
axis. Your spin fails there.
