IS IRAN A FREE COUNTRY?
Quote

it seems to me that america should be very happy with the latest developments iran, because by american standards iran is now free. it has rigged elections, political scandals, social unrest, police shooting the public, intolerance of dissent, ect. all these values america is renowned for. maybe if iran gets lucky it will achieve the ultimate freedom that every country aspires to - iraqi style freedom - where car bombings, military nighttime raids, checkpoints, random stop and search are all prevalent.

Osama Bin Laden said to the BBC after 9/11. "I tell you..freedom and human rights in America are doomed. The US gov will lead the American people and the west in general into an unbearable hell and a choking life." Quit judging other countries when this one sucks as well. We have pedafile leaders who are murderers as well.

Cept for maybe the muslims aren't expected to feel sorry for the guy beating the crap out of them.

Re: IS IRAN A FREE COUNTRY?Quote

As free as any other. They are free to keep it the same or change it. Countries are free or slave due to the people, not the government. On a side note, you gotta respect them for at least being more overt in their evil, unlike those countries in the business of condemning them.

Free? Yes
Shitty? Yes

Iran is free to be a shitty country. They just choose a different pathway to shittyness.
