Questions about proposed healthcare changes

With the proposed changes in healthcare, I have a few questions that beg answers:

My family is currently covered by an employer provided policy, which we pay about $ 300. monthly towards through payroll deduction. With the upcomming changes will :

The $ 700. per month actual cost be taxed as income ?

We pay more in additional taxes to cover the uninsured , even though we pay towards the cost of our own ?

Too my questions and not enough answers... I am all about seeing that the uninsured get the coverage they need, but it seems as if some will be paying a lot more than their share.
