I am using the same program to decode the barcodes but I am using a trial version and cannot get the second one decoded.
Use photoshop and reverse it. Black is white...white is black, then try to decode. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 587335

I also tried to scale it back to the "previous" size 383x94
Looks like more of a barcode but still unable to read it.
I also noticed we are missing the bottom dots on the second barcode. They are used for positionning.
Still investigating ... |

If you View Source on the page, it references several .js files. If you download these, one of them is "localizedStrings.js". Looking at that file, it names the strings as Years, Days, Hours, Mins, Secs
