As in Blackjack there are multi phases. so the starting 2 digits in counter number one ""01"" are not denoting year but Phase 1
and the second counter obviously has ""02"" indicating phase 2
and interestingly enough 84 days from now that is listed in the second counter is Spetember 11 this year.
so to recap Phase one Jun 22, Phase two Sept 11 |

Found double layer code. Not much to it...
The current site is this:

On it there is an image... not much to it, however if you right click image properties, then it pulls up this!

Enter in the binary code to the text converter, then the result of that is:
73:65:6d:69 - More hexadecimal!
Translates into:
Semi
and this is clearly a picture of a truck.
Boring, however it gives us a key piece, repeat this process for photos and you can get more pieces of the puzzle.
