You know I missed that. But you are right, why such heavy spraying over one small town. When I have seen chemtrails they have been horizon to horizon events. Trying to cover as large an area as possible.
What on earth have the residents of Florence OR done to deserve this. I think I will have a look and see what I can find out about the place.

I'm between weather modification and flight masks. Intense coverage could be an easy way to move craft from one location to another.
From my own observations in my area, I see them before it rains or gets very cloudy. If people just keep a log of when they see them and what happens over the next few days, it'd narrow it down.

A soft kill works over time. Yes, he has a child and yes, he's eating crap. But his child might have reproductive problems and/or cancers/diseases that kill before reproduction. Ask the people of Vietnam what has happened to their people affected by the chemical dumps and defoliants. It ain't pretty.
Some chemtrails have been lab analysed to contain, aluminum, barium and other poisons. Granted, these are dual-use chemicals in that they could be used for weather control. But people *are* getting sick from this garbage. No doubt some will die from these poisons.
If this "government" wants to dump this shit on our people, we need to make damn sure *they* (and their families) get their fair share of these poisons.

One answer as to why Florence could be, there are only a few roads (not gravel logging roads) that will get you from inland to the coast. Florence is about 45 minutes from Eugene which is nestled in the Willamette Valley and that is between the coast range and Cascades.
There are a few National Guard Air force bases around as well and I know on any given day military planes will fly in a square pattern from inland, over to the coast and either up or down the coast and back this way again.
The ONLY thing Florence has to offer is the Sea lion Caves and Driftwood shores... oh and there's a few parks over there for recreation especially around the dunes. Most destinations from inland over to the coast are either farther north of Florence or a ways South of Florence like Newport (excellent crabbing, clamming and a small port for deep sea fishing adventures and such) and Coos Bay (was home to The New Carissa when she grounded years back).

We do have a few communities that are for retirees but most of those are along the Southern Coast of Oregon, like Brookings. there are a few that are scattered throughout but Florence is more a hole in the wall. The Vets mentioned actually either come over to the Eugene area for services or they head to Roseburg to the big VA clinic there. Oregon actually doesn't have many large cities, we are more a conglomeration of small towns.
Oregon has maintained great biodiversity all along and in fact we've been living green DECADES before it became the "in" thing to do. In fact Lane County, where Florence is located is actually a Nuclear Free Zone. I guess you could say most of the hippies retired here to Oregon as most Oregonians are highly environmentally conscious and strive to coexist with nature.
We currently have our drawbacks like the doofus we have as Governor right now but we do have overall a kickass state, could be I'm just partial as I'm an Oregon girl born and bred.
I can't say too much about the chemtrails as I do see them and have made note of the ones in my area (Eugene/Springfield) but they don't seem to be as bad as some of the other areas discussed.

its funny you would call me uneducated about this.
there's evidence to support both sides of this.
however it has happened in other country's before. and chemical testing done of these "contrails" have proven they contain chemicals not found in normal contrails.
sodium bromide is one of them, which is not found in normal jet fuel. jet fuel is nothing more than refined kerosene.
