The point is that the plane was probably doing a holding pattern near Florence before getting a clearance to enter W-93 NORTH, which it eventually did, and then went there.
It's no big deal. We all know what these tracks are. They are contrails that happen to have been formed in ice-saturated conditions and therefore do not dissipate straight away. They are just as "normal" as those that form in dryer conditions and dissipate in a few tens of seconds.
