Bottomline, they use those trails for weather mod, surveillance measures and yes they even have the ability to distribute nano vaccines (if they want) that can be immediately triggered using the right communications. Not saying they're putting those vaccines out but they apparently did or thought to in Africa (for their own good of course).
I would guess that the obvious nature in which these items are being disbursed is part and parcel to psychological effect on the people (no diff than the NY fly by with that commercial jet). Pavlov's dog, shock the dog shock the dog shock the dog and pretty soon it doesn't even move when the bell rings. 90% of all humans show complete inability to take action on their own anyway. Therefore, they are very much like sheep and are being treated as such. They're sure to figure out In The End. Funny thing is that so will the evil ones. By then, it will be their end.

That one probably wasn't. I'm thinking either a training flight or a tanker holding position.

About a month ago I was out near the airport fishing with my family and we were watching a tanker practice his touch and go and he'd come in from the north, leave out of the south and you could watch him make one huge square. The distance he travelled could have led him to Florence and up to the Albany area as well as down Near Roseburg.
I also had another thought. This is the time of year they have a lot of trick pilots practicing and they often leave out of the Mahlon Sweet Airport in Eugene and head over towards Florence and back again.

I'm in Sweet Home, Oregon and saw similar patterns a few weeks back, the spirals were to the west over Lebanon or Albany. The trail led to the east however not the southwest

I've seen both contrails and chemtrails at the same time in the sky. I even pointed it out to my hubby and father (we were out fishing again). The contrails dissipate quickly (within about 10 minutes) where the chemtrails don't they actually grow and spread.
