I am a Philadelphia resident and saw your Orange County article online ( [link to www.ocweekly.com] Did you know that there are six pieces of evidence from Kenyan parliamentary proceedings (“PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES”, Wednesday, November 5, 2008 ), that Mr. Obama was born in Kenya ! I have looked over the Kenyan proceedings of the stated date and share portions here for your consideration. To assist you in identifying the pertinent portions, I have emphasized aspects:



Quotation #1) Dr. Khalwale apparently spoke these words: “On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard none other than the Leader of Government Business acknowledge that because of Obama’s win in the United States of America (USA), the House is crippled. Could we allow him to move a Motion for Adjournment so that we could also continue the celebrations of having a Kenyan ruling the USA ? I humbly request! (Applause)”

Has Mr. Obama lied to the American people? Do the Kenyans know something we do not know? Could it be that Mr. Obama was born in Kenya ? Or, could it be that his legal father was not his biological father? Could this be why he does not want to show his real certificate? Does Mr. Obama know something about his biological father he wants to hide from the American people. Is it okay to say one thing and know something different?



When Mr. Obama failed to use the proper wording during his recent swearing in, it apparently had to be redone because he did not get the word-order right. If word-order is important, what about the explicit requirement that he be “natural born” citizen? Hawaii refuse to let us see Mr. Obama’s certificate!



Mr. Obama issued this memorandum on transparency in government: “MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIESSUBJECT: Transparency and Open Government My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government. Government should be transparent.”



This memorandum was published in the Federal Register by “BARACK OBAMA The Whitehouse MON, JANUARY 26, 12:27 PM EST ,” but how is Mr. Obama himself being transparent? Why is he hiding his birth certificate—and passports and college records?



His memorandum continues: “Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing. Information maintained by the Federal Government is a national asset. My Administration will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to disclose information rapidly in forms that the public can readily find and use.”



Mr. Obama’s, memorandum continued: “Executive departments and agencies should harness new technologies to put information about their operations and decisions online and readily available to the public. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public feedback to identify information of greatest use to the public. Government should be participatory.”



He continued: “Public engagement enhances the Government’s effectiveness and improves the quality of its decisions. Knowledge is widely dispersed in society, and public officials benefit from having access to that dispersed knowledge. Executive departments and agencies should offer Americans increased opportunities to participate in policymaking and to provide their Government with the benefits of their collective expertise and information. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public input on how we can increase and improve opportunities for public participation in Government.”



He continued: “Government should be collaborative. Collaboration actively engages Americans in the work of their Government. Executive departments and agencies should use innovative tools, methods, and systems to cooperate among themselves, across all levels of Government, and with nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals in the private sector.”
