Question: Is there a legitimate conspiracy theory on the "Horned Hand Signal" politicians use?

Can someone post pics on these being used please?

I've seen different ones used and want to know what they mean...

I've seen Bush,Chaney,Obama,Palin and others use this symbol...

I've heard it means "I love you" to the "Devil Horns"...WTH! How do you tell the difference?

But Texas Longorns use them to for their team and others sports and stuff...

So again..I asked,Is there a legitimate reason to see a conspiracy theory on this, or do we need to finally take our tin foiled hat off this issue?
